High quality, bespoked internal doors can be manufactured to match our range of floorboards in European character grade oak. We can make any size and ask you questions that will enable us to produce the door to your requirements. Please click the tabs in order for more details.

All doors are either 'ledged and braced' the typical 'Z' design, or just braced using three horizontal sections on the reverse. The boards we use on the back of the door are a substantial 27mm thick ensuring that when your door is made, it will last.

As we are accustomed to talking to clients completing barn conversions and other restoration work, all our doors are manufactured on a 'made to order basis'. The front boards measure 165mm (6 1/2") wide and we can produce a door up to 914mm (36") wide and a height of up to 2.13m (7 foot).

All doors are sanded and ready for finishing. There are many ways to finish a door, for example by oil, stain, waxed or lacquer or to a colour of your choice. This is normally done after fitting by yourself or decorator. All products and any advice can be obtained through Penny Bricks.
